The food and service has always been very good. This is the same type of food you'd normally get at the Japanese hibachi restaurants in the area but without the show. Unfortunately the prices are the roughly the same though as those restaurants. The plus side is that it saves time. Either way it's a good place to eat (they don't have noodles 🍜).

Get the chicken & steak combo! It's very good.

Customer service by a young man was amazing. I didn't catch his name but he was helpful, kind, and personable. The place was a little cold but I did not mind because the food was AMAZING!!!! I go the shrimp hibachi. The veggies were crispy but soft, not greasy at all. Perfectly seasoned. Great amount of food. Rice was greaaaaat. Ginger sauce was fabulous and oh my gosh the chop chop sushi is heaven. I will be returning today.
